Beware! The Blob  7/10 - I was expecting this to be terrible in a good way, but it was edging more up into the mildly crappy but great territory. There’s a lot of corny bs that I enjoyed, but also a killer soundtrack and tons of cameos of familiar faces that make this into somewhat of an ensemble cast. Another pleasant surprise was how effective the special effects were for the budget. There’s only one major goof in the effects category that is goofy enough to push this thing Down (up) into a different bracket, but it only added to the movie for me. This is a great one to watch with friends, but I probably would have been cracking up watching it by myself too.
